My recollections from visit to Martin Creed show at Hauser & Wirth in London.
001 Singing Lady
Lady in gallery, dressed with a cape of ties, bag perched on her head, singing with a beautiful cut glass voice.
Looping and repeating until it’s not clear where a phrase starts or ends and therefore what meaning it takes
002 Big heads

Fascinating to see such huge heads the height of a room. Watching the videos back again, there’s such a feeling of modern existential angst running through the whole show
003 Series of little A4 sketches
Feeling of despair and angst. Slightly unhinged drawings, almost stream of consciousness in pictoral form
004 Self Portrait of Artist

005 Toast
The titular toast. Golden.
